PROCESSING TIME
Once your order is received, for all in stock items it will take up to 2-3 days to process the item(s) in your order.


SHIPPING

The Baby Boutique ships Worldwide.

Shipping times vary, depending on where you live and which delivery method you chose during checkout.

We ship USPS. This includes 1st Class, Priority shipping and Express shipping.
USPS does NOT guarantee any specific delivery date, but is fairly fast.
Keep in mind they do not ship on Sundays or Holidays.

For all international orders, The Baby Boutique is NOT responsible for any fees related to or for customs and/or entry into your country. The shipping fees you pay are quoted to us by USPS to get your item from our location to yours. Additional fees will be customer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to Covid-19, we will not be accepting any returns or providing any refunds at the moment. 

In cases of exchanging a defected item, if there is a defect or incorrect nature of the item you received – you must be in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your product AND the product must be unused/unworn. If all of the requirements  for defected exchange are not met, we cannot be responsible for an exchange of any item. If these conditions are met and you are in contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and the item is not used or worn, we will contact you on how to proceed. This communication must be handled immediately after you receive your order, and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. We do not offer exchanges of any sort after you have had your order for 30 days or more.
